There are No Returns on Custom pieces and no refunds after an order is placed.
Boot Stitch request is an additional add on and the artist will choose the size and placing for this design on the letter if ordered. Boot Stitch and Inlay not available in 8” or 10” sizes
Inlay is the process of cutting out either initials or custom brands into the leather and backing it with another piece of leather. If ordered - please leave correct notes on the form at checkout. If asking for custom brand inlay - please email a picture of your brand to: therustedshack@gmail.com with your order number.
